The mixing of waterproof concrete should meet the following requirements

(1) admixture, anti-crack metal roofing water-proofing agent and admixture should be put into the mixer together with other raw materials of concrete. When the mixing plant is concentrated, the mixing time should be extended 10s than ordinary concrete, and the mixing time should not be less than 30s;

(2) the slump of waterproof concrete should be sampled and tested separately at the mixing plant and pouring site, and not less than twice per working shift.When mixing plant and pouring site test slump, should also observe the workability of concrete, should not exist bleeding, segregation, stratification phenomenon;

(3) in high temperature season, effective cooling measures must be adopted to reduce the temperature of concrete entering the mold as far as possible, and the temperature of concrete leaving the mold in the production process should be detected and recorded.When mixing concrete, should control the temperature of raw materials, mixing plant discharge material to the completion of the duration of pouring, concrete into the mold temperature should not exceed 30℃.
