This construction standard is applicable to the foundation construction of precast concrete pile and prestressed concrete pipe pile.

2 construction preparation

2.1 material requirements

2.1.1 quality requirements of precast concrete piles

2.1.2 the surface shall be smooth and compact, the depth of Angle dropping shall not exceed 10mm, and the total area of local sockets and Angle dropping shall not exceed 0.5% of the pile surface area, and shall not be excessively concentrated.

2.1.3 the depth of the square pile shall not be greater than 20mm and the width shall not be greater than 0.2mm, and the length of the transverse crack shall not exceed half of the side length.Prestressed pipe piles shall not have circular joints or longitudinal cracks.

2.1.4 the concrete strength of pile must be greater than the designed strength.

2.1.5 pile materials shall be piled according to specifications, varieties and brands after entering the site, and shall be subject to sampling inspection. Only those whose inspection results are consistent with the qualification certificate can be used. Materials that have not been inspected or have not passed the inspection shall not be put into use.
