Located in Quezon City, the concrete mixing plant HZS120 has started recently.

After visited our factory,At  the  end,  Quezon City customer decided to buy Concrete batching Plant HZS120.TRUSEEN proved again that, the customer’s trust comes from the manufacturer’s quality.

To satisfy the production requirements, estimated productivity of this concrete batching plant is 120m³/h, nominal capacity of mixer is 2000L, hopper quantity of batcher is 4, batching capacity is 3200L, powder material silo capacity is 3×100t,  unloading height is 4.2m.

High requirements imposed by Quezon City on quality of concrete and equipment resulted in the integration of optional facilities such as sand moisture sensors, automatic high-pressure mixer cleaning system, mixer protection systems, accurate water- and additive feeding systems. To protect mixer against weather conditions and to limit the impact on the environment, the mixer block and weighing batchers were covered with a galvanized metal and polycarbonate sheets, the filter was also installed on the mixer block. Moreover, maximum galvanization was applied to parts and components including aggregate storage bin panels, discharging gates, cement, water and additive weighing batchers, skip bucket, all maintenance platforms and tracks, stairs, railings, and sidings.
