180m³/h Concrete Batching Plant

    TRUSEEN has a wide range of Stationary Concrete Batching Plants which have production capacity from 25 m³/h to 180 m³/h of one mixer. In addition, the capacity  of Stationary Concrete Batching Plants with double mixers on the same chassis can reach 240 m³/h to 360 m³/h.

    HZS180 Stationary Type Concrete Batching Plant are mostly preferred for high capacity concrete production requirements for special projects and for the projects which will take a long time in the same location.

    It is composed of mixing, batching and electrical control system etc.

    The Mixing System: The mixer that is JS3000 twin horizontal shaft compulsory mixer with high capacity but less time, the belt feeding and adjustable hydraulic discharge door.

    Batching System: PLD4800/Individual batching machine has adopted electric weighing automatically be applied for correction and measure.

    Weighing system: The system has buffering device auto compensation function and very high weighing accuracy.

    The Quantity of cement silo and screw conveyor can be choosed by users.
    Modular design can save the space and easy to install and remove .
