HZS60 Stationary Type Concrete Batching Plant are mostly preferred for high capacity concrete production requirements for special projects and for the projects which will take a long time in the same location.

It is composed of mixing，batching and electrical control system etc.The Mixing System: The mixer is JS1000 twin horizontal shaft compulsory mixer with high capacity but less time.
Batching System: PLD1600 batching machine, the batching aggregates can be 3-5types , 6m³ Basic Storage Bins Volume，1600L Weighing Bins Volume.
Weighing system: The system is with buffering device auto compensation function and very high weighing accuracy.
The Quantity of cement silo and screw conveyor can be choosed by users.
Modular Design is easy to install and remove.
