90m³/h Concrete Batching Plant

  • TRUSEEN can easily cover its customers requests with its stationary concrete batching plants in different capacities and specifications.

    TRUSEEN has a wide range of Stationary Concrete Batching Plants which have production capacity from 25 m³/h to 180 m³/h with one mixer. In addition， the capacity of Stationary Concrete Batching Plants can be from 240 m³/h to 360 m³/h with double mixers on the same chassis.

    HZS90 Stationary Type Concrete Batching Plant are mostly preferred for high capacity concrete production requirements for special projects and for the projects which will take a long time in the same location.

    Theory Capacity: 90m³/h

    The Mixing System: The mixer is JS1500 twin horizontal shaft compulsory mixer with high capacity but less time.

    Batching System: PLD2400/Individual batching machine has adopted electric weighing automatically be applied for correction and measure.The batching aggregates can be 3-5types.

    Weighing system:The system is with buffering device auto compensation function and very high weighing accuracy.

    The Quantity of cement silo and screw conveyor can be choosed by users.
    Modular Design is easy to install and remove.
    All above features spark HZS90 automatically. It also has best cost performance.
