1. Preparation before paving

Setting of datum line, sprinkling  before paving.

(1) setting of baseline

It is the key to paving 700px cement concrete pavement.The surface layer is paved on the base layer of stable soil, so the two-side hanging lines are used as the reference for paving. A wire frame is set every 5m, and the difference in the connection scale of the three adjacent wire frames should not be greater than ±37.5px.In the curve and super high section of the line should be set every 5m, the adjacent height difference can be appropriately relaxed.The tension degree of the wire rope should be appropriate, generally 800N tension force, not too long when putting out the wire, generally 150 ~ 200m, to prevent a big error, there should be a coincidence section of more than 10m between the two datum lines, until the leveling sensor slides through the coincidence section before the old line can be removed.

(2) sprinkler

Sprinkling is mainly determined by basic material, ambient temperature, humidity, wind speed and other factors.That is, to ensure that the paving of cement concrete before the base wet, and as far as possible to remove even cloth, especially in the base of uneven prohibited water phenomenon.

2. Reasonable use of paver

(1) distribution of ramming rods, that is, determination of the distance between ramming rods.It is very important to adjust the interval of vibrators according to the gradation, workability and slump of concrete.The frequency of each rammer can be independently adjusted.

(2) adjustment of side template.The rise and fall of the side template is adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder. In actual use, the distance between the side template and the base is about 2-75px.(3) spreading speed and continuous spreading.In the construction, the paving speed should be controlled at about 1-1.5m/min, which can make the paver run smoothly and the road level is good.When dry materials with high frequency ramming deceleration paver, rare materials with low frequency ramming rapid paver.
