1.Add lightning rods to the main body of the concrete mixing station and the top of the cement silo。A set of equipment of mixing station, the highest place is 40 or 50 meters, and the production site is mostly in empty places, but if there is a thunderstorm, it is likely to cause damage to the main equipment, especially the top of the mixing station and the cement silo.This requires the installation of lightning rods.

3.Once thunderstorm weather occurs, the operator should not work outside as far as possible, and the indoor power cut off, ensure zero boot. 

4.Precautions against rainstormsConcrete mixing station is a large mechanical equipment, in order to cope with the rainstorm weather, the staff in the mixing station should be timely covered with plastic film or canopy (especially the control system and instrument equipment), on the equipment where the paint to repaint, to prevent from rusting equipment;In front of the yard, cement is used to lay a drainage slope to avoid rain-wet aggregate and aggregate waste.

5.After  the thunderstorm, before starting up, please check the equipment to eliminate all safety hazards before running.
