1.2  The new machine must be fastened to all fasteners in one shift or for a period of time.

1.3 When mixer operats overload, Do not stop halfway.If there is power failure and other accidents, you should immediately open the mixing host discharge gate, release the materials in mixing host to prevent condensation.

1.4  When the mixer is working,the dischage area is not allowed to have people standing there.

1.5  When maintain the plant,the main switch should be off and someone should watch it.

1.6  Often check the electrical components, all components, indicating lights, contactor and to see if they works normally, if there is damage,They should be timely repaired and replaced.

1.7  The grounding resistance of the grounding insulation of the motor is not less than 1MΩ, and the bolt connects to zero line is guaranteed to be reliable.

1.8  Always check the stroke switches, sensors and all lines to ensure normal work.

1.9  Always check the lightning protection device, pay special attention to the line and the grounding of the edge,it can not be interrupted to prevent lightning.

1.10  Power demand: voltage fluctuation ≤ ± 5%, frequency variation ≤ ± 0.5HZ, the transformer should have enough capacity, otherwise it can not guarantee stable operation.

1.11  In case of unexpected circumstances, press the emergency stop button on the control cabinet.

1.12  Control room is the the hub of mixing station, non-professionals are not allowed to enter.Once the operator leaves,the power must be cut off.
