One. The use of automobile chassis, internal combustion engine, air compressor, water pump, hydraulic device, etc. which constitute concrete pump truck shall be governed by the general provisions of automobiles and the relevant provisions of concrete pump. 

Two. pump truck position should be flat and solid, no obstacles around, no high voltage transmission line above.Pump trucks must not be parked on slopes.

Three. pump car in place, should support the legs and maintain the level and stability of the fuselage.When feeding with a cloth rod, the aircraft shall not be inclined more than 3°.

Four. After taking place, the pump should turn on the stop light to avoid collision.

Five. Pre-operation inspection items shall meet the following requirements:

1. fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, water tank add enough, tire pressure meet the requirements, lighting and signal indicators are complete and good;

2. The hydraulic system works normally and there is no leakage in the pipeline;Clean water pump and equipment are complete and good;

3. There is no debris in the mixing bucket, and the mesh on the hopper is intact and tightly covered;

4. Transport pipeline is connected firmly and sealed well.

5. The piping and hose used for the cloth pipe shall be selected according to the factory instructions, and shall not exceed the specified diameter. The hose installed shall be fastened with the anti-stripping safety belt.

6. The extension of the cloth rod shall be carried out in accordance with the factory instructions. The cloth rod can be rotated after lifting from the support.Do not lift or drag objects with cloth poles.

7. Do not move the body when the fabric pole is fully extended.When the body needs to be moved during the operation, the upper section of the cloth rod shall be folded and fixed, and the moving speed shall not exceed 10km/h.

8. The pumping piping shall be laid in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of this code for concrete pumps.

9. before pumping, when the hydraulic oil temperature is lower than 15℃, should be used to extend the empty running time of the method to improve the oil temperature.

10. During pumping, check the operation of the pump and stirring device, monitor each instrument and indicator light, and stop the machine in time if any abnormality is found.
