1 Problems and causes of construction joint treatment

2 Control of concrete pouring after treatment of construction joints

2.1 on hardened concrete surface, cement film, loose stones and weak concrete layer should be removed, and be fully wet and washed clean, and no water.

2.2 before pouring, a layer of 10mm ~ 15mm thick cement mortar should be laid on the horizontal construction joints, and the mixing ratio is the same as the mortar composition in the concrete.

2.3 concrete should be vibrated compacted without leakage or vibration to ensure the close combination of old and new concrete.

2.4 binding of rebar and wall support die.Should be considered to facilitate construction.Easy to ensure the quality of construction.
